Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer

Please note that this is not a medical treatment, nor does it claim to be so. It is not intended to replace working with your GP, healthcare professional, consultant or gynaecologist. It is always advised to seek medical treatment or advice when needed and diagnosis is required.

Payments

Currently payments are taken at the point of booking (amended due to Covid 19 guidelines). All payments should be complete before your session unless prior arrangement has been made. Receipt of payment secures your session.

For clients booking a series of 3 sessions. with 15% discount, the total payment needs to be received although you are welcome to schedule your sessions as you go.

All payments should be paid for at the time of treatment unless prior arrangement has been made.

Payment plans are available on request ~ please reach out if you would like a session but funds are less than boyant

Late Cancellations

Please note: I realise that sometimes life can throw us a curved ball so to speak, but I would ask that you be aware of my terms and conditions. It is considered a late cancellation if you are unable to give 48 hours’ notice. If that is the case you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Cancellations within 24 hours’ of the booked treatment will be charged at the full appointment cost. The reasons are two fold – firstly my time is precious to me and my family, and secondly, failing to make your appointment can mean that a client who is in greater need and who could have been allocated your appointment will now have to wait. Plus it’s polite and respectful.

Treatment Times

If we are in the midst of a process, and it would be unhelpful to finish within time, we might go slightly over. Please know that your interests and safety are the anchor point of my work. If this is the case, I hope to let you know that we may go over the treatment time. This works in your favour if that’s what you need, so please be aware that if a client needs it, I might be running slightly over. Generally now I leave ample space in between clients, so this is rarely an issue.
