The Journey

✓ 6 x 1:1 coaching sessions over 3 months. These will be every 2 weeks, but there is room for some flexibility

✓ Your initial session will be 120 minutes, so we have ample time to explore. This is followed by 5 x 90 minute calls. All sessions are via the Zoom Portal

✓ Resources to support your practice between sessions, video, handouts, personalised visualisations & journal prompts.

✓ Journey support: voice note, email or text for the 3 month duration. Accountability, cheerleading, ongoing support for you to feel fully held & heard, loved (Monday to Friday: 9-5. Emergencies will be catered for)

✓ A summarisation of each individual session, highlighting key points & inspired actions & embodied practices to further your inquiry

✓ One 30 minute call which you can use at any time during our time together

✓ Option to extend our time together by buying additional sessions

✓ Option to extend the container by working with me in person (somatic bodywork/womb alchemy & pelvic healing)

Why journey with me?

Where you are now, I’ve been there. I know intimately what it feels like to feel unsafe, unheard, misunderstood, alone with no agency. I know what it feels like to be so weary with life and yet also sense that there is something inside which just will not stay silent. It's called to me in my dreamtime, and held me steadfast when my world has disintegrated around me. Although the finer details may differ, the patterns, beliefs, relationships & lack of purpose are familiar themes that I have supported clients with over many, many years. My healing journey has been infinitely long & challenging, but my love, we live in times now where you are needed, and needed now. Not years from now, but now. We each have our parts to play for both our individual needs, but importantly, for the collective, the community and future generations.

I have been an intuitive healer & guide for over 25 years. When I began to focus on embodiment, rather than energy work, EVERYTHING shifted, because life/experience is felt by the body and it gets stored within the tissue. Bringing awareness in a body-wisdom centric way is often where true LIBERATION lies.

I bring a wealth of love, compassion, understanding and grace to my work. I am a holder of sacred space. I understand flows of energy, I channel higher frequencies and I am clairsentient. I have an intimate understanding of the themes and patterns which diminish our light & keep us separated from our dreams, desires, & purpose. Feminine Frequency is the pinnacle of my life’s work to date - it is a rich & powerful interweaving of modalities, personal inner-work, channelled words & visions.
