Learning the art of Communion with your womb(space) is probably THE MOST transformational act that you can gift yourself, but WHY?

I often hear women tell me that they connect with their wombs “all the time”, but, do you speak at, do you listen, have you taken a moment to create safety, to create the energetic boundary for the womb to feel comfortable enough to tell you what she is experiencing, holding, how she is feel about XX situation, have you taken a moment to allow her the space to share her wisdom, her nuggets of gold, her truth bombs? 

I have worked alongside my womb for many years, but when I learnt to listen, commune, it opened up a wholly different connection, dynamic & dimensional space for her wisdom to flow and her wounds to be witnessed and cleansed. Womb as an aspect of our consciousness, who has travelled alongside for lifetime after lifetime, she holds the keys to the core wounds from which we wish to extricate ourselves.

Can we truly be empowered & embodied if we are yet to fully embrace this connection?
